Q: How long does shipping take?

A: each rug is made to order so depending on demand it may take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. Thank you for your patience.

Q: Can I return or exchange my rug?

A: No returns or exchanges however you have 24 hours to cancel an order from the moment of purchase.

Q: How to clean my rug

A: You may vacuum, lint roll or HANDWASH your rug. If hand washed let air dry.
